Unlimited Communication 

We're available by phone and email whenever you need us. In addition, we're available to meet with you (face-to-face) as often as you'd like throughout your engagement to go over details, talk, etc. 

Overall Planning and Design 

We're here to help you create the perfect wedding for you by assisting in the overall design of your wedding via theme, colors and décor. 

Detail Management 

We'll be by your side to make sure your day includes everything you want it to.. 

To-Do List 

Keeping you on track is our #1 goal. We set up a custom checklist of things you need to do and a timeline of when things need to get done. 

Vendor Management 

We provide the best vendors of each category, in accordance with your budget and style, to make your day yours. Then, we arrange and attend all meetings/calls with them to make sure you're asking the right questions and getting what you need. From that point on, we're the main point of contact, so that you don't have to worry. 

Guest List Management 

We will help track your RSVPs and manage your list. 

Set-Up & Tear Down

We’re happy to manage all set-up and tear down so you just have to show up and get married! 

Day-of Coordination 

Of course we want to see you through it all and make sure the day you've worked on goes perfectly. We'll manage it all for you! 

• Planner (as described above)
• Officiant - we will provide the pro to make sure it’s official!
• Flowers - we will discuss your colors and look and we will provide professional flowers for a bridal bouquet and boutonnière. Additional flower pieces will be a la carte.
• Photographer - we will provide an experienced and professional photographer who works best with your style and location. They offer 2 hours of coverage on the day of the wedding.

For locations more than 20 miles away from the Twin Cities radius, a 60 cents per mile charge will be added on to the package prices. Hotel accommodation expenses may also be incurred for locations more than 60 miles away from the Twin Cities.
