Month-of Coordination

While day-of coordination package is the perfect thing for many brides, the month-of package includes just a bit more to help during those last few, vital weeks. This package encompasses everything that the day-of coordination package does, but is for the bride who wants to make sure that everything is getting covered the last weeks before the wedding. If you're feeling overwhelmed as deadlines loom, details pile up and your to-do list seems never-ending -- this month of package will help ease your mind. This package can be started at any point during your engagement -- but ensures the month before your big day is more than taken care of.

If you're already on board with Bride Support under the Day-of Coordination package, you can easily upgrade to this package if you're wanting more towards the end of your planning! Just ask your coordinator.

  We're available by phone and email whenever you need us! Utilize us as your #1 resource for wedding planning.

• Vendor Confirmations
  Take over as the main point of contact for vendors and confirm all details. Go over contracts, confirm final order adjustments, timing, load-in/out, etc. We're happy to come along for final meetings/phone calls, too, to make sure everything's getting covered & handled!

• Detail Management
  Helping make sure you've thought of it all and that all t's are crossed and i's are dotted.

• To-Do List
  Keeping you on track is our #1 goal. We set up a custom checklist of things you need to do and a timeline of when things need to get done.

• Wedding Rehearsal
  If needed, we will attend your wedding rehearsal, coordinate and/or help everyone with what they need to know.

• Day-of Coordination
  Of course we want to see you through it all and make sure the day you've worked on goes perfectly. We'll manage the rehearsal, ceremony and reception and everything that is included in the wedding management package.

For locations more than 20 miles away from the Twin Cities radius, a 60 cents per mile charge will be added on to the package prices. Hotel accommodation expenses may also be incurred for locations more than 60 miles away from the Twin Cities.
