This middle-ground package is for brides who have set a date and picked a venue but want someone close-by during the planning process to help. The most popular reason to choose this package over day-of coordination is help with vendors - this package offers custom recommendations and meeting attendance for up to five vendor categories. Whether you haven't started with any yet, or have already booked a couple vendors - we're here to aid in the vendor piece of your planning. This package also delves a bit more into overall conceptualizing and design, as well as keeping you on-track with high-level to-do lists. Here are some more specifics...

We're available by phone and email whenever you need us! Utilize us as your #1 resource for wedding planning.
- Face-to-Face Time
We're available to meet with you on any initial vendor consultations you'd like us along for in addition to up to 10 hours of planning time.
- Overall Planning and Design
Helping you create the perfect wedding for you by assisting in the overall design of your wedding via theme, colors and decor.
- Vendor Research
Guidance in which vendors are the best fit for your budget and style. We'll recommend our top picks in up to 3 categories that you'd like help with and be along for the initial consultations.
- To-Do List
Keeping you on track is our #1 goal. We set up a custom checklist of things you need to do and a timeline of when things need to get done.
- Wedding Rehearsal
If needed, we will attend your wedding rehearsal, coordinate and/or help everyone with what they need to know.
- Day-of Coordination
Of course we want to see you through it all and make sure the day you've worked on goes perfectly. We'll manage the rehearsal, ceremony and reception and everything that is included in the wedding management package manage all aspects of your wedding day details, style and specifications. We'll be EVERYWHERE to make sure EVERYTHING is right on point.

For locations more than 20 miles away from the Twin Cities radius, a 60 cents per mile charge will be added on to the package prices. Hotel accommodation expenses may also be incurred for locations more than 60 miles away from the Twin Cities.
