We will help you brainstorm the best ideas for you two. Theme, colors, decor, surprise plan, etc. We'll help you figure it out!

Vendor Management

Let us source the right vendors for decor, photography -- whatever is needed for your surprise. We will be the main point of contact and make sure everything is on point.

Set-Up & Tear Down

We’re happy to manage all set-up and tear down so you just have to show up and get engaged! 

Day-of Coordination 

We will provide a proposal day itinerary to those who need it to make sure the day runs smoothly and then we'll be on-site (discretely, of course)  to manage it all and make sure the day you've worked on goes perfectly.

For locations more than 20 miles away from the Twin Cities radius, a 60 cents per mile charge will be added on to the package prices. Hotel accommodation expenses may also be incurred for locations more than 60 miles away from the Twin Cities.
