Some call this "day of coordination" - but it's more than just the one day! Use our wedding management package to make sure that the fabulous day that you've planned goes off just as you imagined. We understand that wedding planning can bring about lots of questions, concerns and frustrations - so let our day-of coordination package give you the wedding advice you need to tie up your loose ends. And of course - we'll run the wedding day.


Our wedding management package covers all of the basics so that you can enjoy your day without a single worry. Don't be the bride with a clipboard - be the bride with a carefree smile knowing that we're behind the scenes making the day come together.

What does it include?
Basically, the wedding management package is designed to make sure all of your plans come to fruition. You've got the planning part down - you are finding your vendors, cross-communicating, coming up with detail ideas and attending meetings to finalize everything. Keep us in the loop on all of your plans so that we have all the information we need to run the big day, though. Oh - and we won't just not see you until the wedding day... we're here for you from now until then - let us know if you have a burning question, need help or are confused about how something is done...we're in your corner! We will work through all of our details and questions to make sure you've covered your bases and we have everything we need to make your day go off without a hitch. Then, on the day of the wedding - we'll be there to make sure your set-up & decor goes out perfectly, the day flows well and all the random behind-the-scenes stuff is tended to while you don't have to worry about a thing!

Here are the main points (don't forget that we can always customize to meet your specific needs)... 

  • Communication
    Unlimited electronic communication with us up until your wedding day.
     
  • Being a Resource
    We're available for any general questions about your wedding day - use us when you need help! We'll provide vendor recommendations, help with etiquette questions and give any advice you need.
     
  • Timeline
    We'll help you finalize your wedding day timeline and help you and any other participants better understand when and where they'll be needed.
     
  • Venue Walk-Thru
    A meeting devoted to visiting your venue(s) to discuss how things should be set up.
     
  • Vendor Coordination
    You're their main point of contact throughout the planning - but we'll confirm and discuss with vendors prior to the wedding day to ensure their role, timeline and details for the wedding day in addition to being a point person throughout the day.
     
  • Set-Up
    Ensuring the set-up of venue(s) to your specifications, including decor, tables, centerpieces, etc.
     
  • Being a Point Person
    Confirm that all participants in the wedding are where they should be, when they should be and doing what they should be (photo session organization, ceremony line up, receiving line, reception entrance, etc.). Being available to wedding guests for assistance and guidance.
     
  • Payment Administration
    Ensure all vendors receive any payments and/or tips per your instruction.
     
  • Wedding Rehearsal
    If needed, we will attend your wedding rehearsal, coordinate and/or help everyone with what they need to know.
     
  • Overall Day-Of Management
    Assist and manage all aspects of your wedding day details, style and specifications. We'll be EVERYWHERE to make sure EVERYTHING is right on point.
     
  • Assistant to coordinator
    We provide an assistant to the coordinator, if we deem it necessary and there is no extra cost to you.


  • Emergency Kit
    We always have our wedding "emergency kit" on hand with anything we/you may need to help in any situation.

For locations more than 20 miles away from the Twin Cities radius, a 60 cents per mile charge will be added on to the package prices. Hotel accommodation expenses may also be incurred for locations more than 60 miles away from the Twin Cities based on hours worked.
